my iphone 4s ever since i bought keeps shutting off when not in use.It always has a minimum 50% battery.

I have given it for reformatting but the problem still persists. After doing some research i have found out i have multiple crashes in my diagnostics and usage.

Theres a lot of panicp.list.

I have to reboot my phone twice in one day.ITs quite annoying to do it everyday

Is there any solution other than replacing.

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.0.1

Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from new then from backup).  Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.

If after trying all of the above the issue still exists, take the device to Apple for evaluation and possible replacement.

Warranty has nothing to do with the owner, it is tied to the device.

If the device is under warranty and has an issue covered under warranty, Apple will replace it.

Regardless, basic troubleshooting must be done first.

Of course, the user can always be stubborn, refuse to do anything and live with the issue.
