I am guessing that Apple did not like the post referenced to the above link and has made the content unavailble. I assume the administrator the denial message referred to is the administrator to this forum. Is there a way to contact the forum administrator?

That link is probably just considered obsolete now. (Which makes it difficult for folks who need the info able to find it.)
What help do you need exactly? If you need Snow Leopard, you can purchase it here:
The best advice to give in an upgrade to Snow Leopard is to make sure you've got a good Time Machine backup in Leopard, erase your Mac disk and do a clean install of Snow Leopard and then import your user profile and applications from your Time Machine backup.

The link was fairly new, since the time Apple stopped supporting 10.5. It was also very hightly rated and had really clear info on the whether to, what to and how to upgrade. In the past couple days I have been able to find pretty much the same info by searching several other sources.
