MY IPHONE 5 EAR SPEAKER IS BROKEN. TYPICAL APPLE **** .

FIX MY PHONE BEECCAUSE I JUST BOUGHT IT LAST MONTH ...............

    This is a user-to-user technical support forum. You are not addressing Apple here. Your phone has a 1 year warranty so if the issue is something covered by warranty, yes, Apple will fix it. Make an appointment at the Genius Bar at your nearest Apple Store or use the Contact Us link at the bottom right of the page.

    I don't know why you are so negative on this site.  This is a Forum to have disscussion and you seem to put smart remarks.  If you don't like what we are saying don't read it and better yet don't respond.  There are problems with the phones and this is the forum to let folks know.     Uh.....How does explaining to the OP what the purposed of this forum is and how to get help can be construed as "negative" or a "smart remark". Complaining in this forum will not help the OP get their phone repaired. If they were just here to complain, then, well, they are in the wrong place.

    Both of you can go what you don't do best and thats help.  Clearly you don't understand what your remarks mean to others didn't see where people liked your response.  Apple will only give you another phone no one is taking responsibilty so if you can provide the appropriate person that will take action then I will see your remarks as positive.

    Do you not understand that we don't work for Apple? Do you not understand that lots of people have liked razmee's responses (and mine) over the years we've been on these forums as indicated by the points awarded us by the people we've helped? How many people have awarded you points for helpful responses?
