Q: dont want to be charged for icloud storage

I got a message I am going to charged for my icloud storage and am tryig to downgrade but then it says I am current until 9/13

This is presumably the complimentary storage increase given to ex-MobileMe members. This should automatically downgrade to the free 5GB next September. You won't need to do anything unless you decide to continue with the extended storage, in which case you would need to cancel the downgrade.
