Probably got corrupted when the Main Power went out. You will have to format it and hopefully that will fix whatever is wrong, you have nothiing to lose at this point as it is not accessable the way it is.
You really need to get a Battery Backup (UPS) for the computer and whatever external drives you have. Otherwise everytime the power goes out this can happen. And it can happen to the iMac also.

When Disk Utility can't repair a disk, usually Disk Warrior or TechTool Pro can. Disk Warrior seems to be the program of choice for this. However, if there are hardware issues, neither program can overcome those. Using Disk Utlity, you can try writing zero's to the hard drive (doing a secure erase), which also resets the bad sector table, or depending on the severity of the hardware issue, replace the drive.

Well , Thank you for all your replies !
I am now in a situation that I need to decide what to do ?
1. After another try , I've receive an OK results - see Pic .
I've Formatted the disc and re-using again as a Time Machine one , It seems that now it's OK.
2. I still have my Warranty , I can Send the disc to the Lab , they will check it , If the disc with a problem,
I'll receive a new one,
But Now I have to prove a problem ! Or not ...
Or , can I count on the disc now ?
