I have been pushing my contacts and calendar appointments from the enterprise server, but I left my job and worry that when they delete my profile at my old job, all the contacts and calendar appointments will disappear. I need all that for my new job. How do I save them all?

When I treid to sync them to iCloud, I could not because I do not have the correct password to the exchange server anymore. Is there a setting on the phone where I can save them all to internal memory?

The short version is, you don't. Transcribe them by hand before you delete the Exchange account from the phone.

Everything stored on the Exchange server is 'owned' by the server. You can not move those items to another address book (you may be able to move calendar entries by editing them and assigning them to a different calendar, but it must be done one by one).

This is why it's not a good idea to sync personal information with a company owned server.
