I had the same EXACT concerns. Got tired of waiting around for Apple. Just purchased a Lumia 920 (Windows Phone). AWESOME!!!! I Can FINALLY snooze a calendar reminder!!!!!! My lumia kicks my old iPhone 4s' butt!

I have the same issue. I switched from a blackberry and I use my phone for work. The calendar and reminder / task functions are far inferior to the blackberry. It seems the iPhone and iPad were designed without business in mind. The easy enhancements would be to PLEASE allow snoozing calendar and tasks. Also it would be very helpful so that when a calendar reminder pops up that it would continue to do so like texts do until it is acknowledged I continue to miss conference calls and other meetings because I was away from my phone when it occurred. The same would be helpful with tasks.

I have the same concerns about the calendar that comes with IOS 6. My concerns have caused me to start looking at other calendar apps, but I haven't found anything that makes me want to change.
Microsoft's Outlook calendar seems to be the "Gold Standard". There is so much flexibility with Outlook. Crossing my fingers that the some of this flexibility will eventually be added.
I'm just not ready to leave yet. The Android Phones are more of a target for viruses that the PC's. Apple has a great system in place to protect their mobile devices from virus infection. My iPhone is fast, flexible, and very dependable. I just want to say that I too, look forward to the changes you have requested.
