    HM27,

It seems to me that either you are applying an immense amount of irony/sarcasm to the coverflow issue or are in the pay of the Apple PR people (Not necessarily Apple themselves as most large corporates, governments etc. seem to emply mealy mouthpieces).

    Come on; which is it?

Please dont try to convince me that everything Apple does is 'cool' without reservation.

That is a route to intolerance, extremism and eventually bigotry.

This is very bad we now have a bad version of MS Media Player. How do you roll back to 10.7?

Why Apple, have you removed Cover Flow, this was the main feature in iTunes, now this is removed, you are making it way way less usefull.  Give us cover flow back.

They do not ask nor take care about their customers!

WHy? WHO decided it was a good Idea to remove Cover Flow?

    Apple , for more than 10 years I have baugt nearly every product; All new software release or paid upgrades ..DONE;

But lately only thing you can do is CENSOR! And afterwards stating there are no complaints .. not difficult if you delete everything.

Be aware .. the more dictative you try to lock in customers .. the more customers you will lose!!

Dumping cover flow is the easy way for developers, why not challenge them?

Now I will start looking for a new application ..

I love Cover Flow. I was completely shocked to find out it had been removed after I updated my laptop to iTunes 11. I find iTunes 11 far less satisfying than the old version. Luckily, my main music system in the family room was not updated -- and it won't be until Cover Flow is restored. At the very least, I'd like full sorting options in the Albums view.

I have been so depressed and horrified about the bad changes to iTunes.  I think it may become possible to find an app to get a Cover Flow approximation, but it will not be a seamless part of iTunes.  I cannot believe Apple did this, and their attitude is so cruel and dictatorial.

I think Apple has lost sight of how much ppl love their music.  I remember Steve Jobs showcasing Cover Flow, iTunes Extras and iTunes LPs.

Apple, you really screwed up once more. Every new announcement/introduction/upgrade provides further and worsening evidence that you are completely losing your way.

Another Digital, Compaq, HP in the making? Is shooting yourselves in the foot the new strategy?

I just cancelled autorenew on itunes match. Have still a few days to go but if I don't get coverflow back, I have no need to continue with itunes at all so neither with itunes match.

Please apple, bring it back !!

I agree.  I always used Cover Flow as did my kids.  It is much more intuitive.  Bring it back Apple!

Apple is saying this new iTunes11 looks clean and simple.... NO it does not. It looks CHEAP. The main play button alone is an embarasement. Not impressed Apple. I've looked up to this company for years concerning the attention to amazing design standars versus other options out there. Steve leaves, this happens. Worries me.

Please bring Back Cover Flow. Seriously. At least give us the 'option' to have it turned on. Really loved it and used it daily.
