If I read your post correctly the main issue is that your AirPort Extreme is not able to provide Internet access to all of your wireless clients, not that these same clients cannot connect to the Extreme's wireless network ... correct?
If this is the case, I would recommend that you perform a complete power recycle of your networking equipment to see if this gets things working for you. Please post back your results.

Thanks. I tried it and it did not work (same thing-my devices will connect to the network but not the internet) so I'm just going to return the airport extreme and get a netgear, since that's the brand that has worked for me in the past.
