iCloud works just fine with zip attachments, sending or receiving.
You're likely having an issue with the size of it. iCloud limits the size it can transfer through the mail to 20 megs.

thanks for your answer. Nevertheless, the size of the Zip file is less than 500Kbytes.
The message received by the sender was the following :
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 554 5.7.0 Message Size Violation

It sounds as though whatever message they are trying to send you is too big ("Message Size Violation") and this could be happening through their own ISP or at icloud. You say the zip file is small, but what you have included in your post above indicates the *message* as a whole is too big.

But the Zip file contains only text file.
I tried to send a big text file (greater than 3 mb) and it works perfertly.
So, i suspect that the issue is for zip file and i don't know why
