I have a new Ipad mini and am using a internet connection in a condo where i'm staying.  i'm connect with both my laptop and phone, but cannot seem to connect with my Ipad...alltho i had no problems during the last 2 weeks.  I had dowloaded "pages" 2 days ago  and also signed up for itunes sync.... I have turned the wifi off and on and also turned the ipad on and off.  I have tried going to general setting and re-setting the internet connection, then typing the codes...all without success.  the codes were accepted....still no connection.
