Q: Problem persisting after following all suggestions

I've tried with multiple earphones, inserting them properly, and cleaned the plug-in. Still having the problem. What's the next step?

Are you sure it is plugged ALL the way in? The plastic on the headset jack should be flush with the Nano body.

You can see a 0.000001mm gap (because it's not even half a milimeter), but like I said, I tried with multiple earphones and devices, I tried to blow and clean it, and I've tried using it while pushing the cable and there's no stopping the problem.

You may need to get the headphone jack replaced.
