You won't get any help direct from Apple here because they are not here. Did you not see that this is basically a user to user forum? When you signed up to post on the forum this is on the info before you sign up, or did you forget to read that bit?
Anyway, Apple won't help you with this one. It is not their responsibility.
You purchased the phone from e-bay so you need to go back to e-bay. Unfortunately, it sounds as if the phone is locked to Sprint and if this is the case there is not an awful lot that you can do.
Go back to e-bay and contact your seller and tell him that you have tried to activate the phone and that it is asking you for activation on Sprint. Either you ask him for further details or what you will need to do is return the phone for a full refund. If you don't then you take out a dispute with e-bay and wait for them to resolve it.
Sounds like you have a useless phone which will not work in Russia, which is why you should be very careful when purchasing from e-bay as people are not always honest about what they are selling, especiall the status or not of iPhones and especially when sourced from the US, where they are only just selling unlocked iPhones, so chances are, your iPhone was always going to be locked.
Go back to e-bay and take it up with them directly or your seller or both.
In the long run you might find that you have to return the phone for a full refund and buy another officially unlocked iPhone from a legitimate source. If you live in Russia, then purchase the phone from Europe where you can buy them officially unlocked and then they will work.
