Q: i try to update my iphone but its stoping at the resore stage not going further back to the main menu

pls do help me out ,i do belive my iphone is the hacked type i tried updating the iphone onile its hang ,i cant use it please help

iPhone 3G, iOS 4.3

    you are very much right .but please tell me there is a way i need my iphone back please tell me i will lose all my contact but it can be fixed ,but it will cost me .please am really sorry i bouth an hacked iphone
