Dec 9, 2012 12:24 PM in response to Courcoulby DGTom,I am local law enforcement but this was not stolen in this country as person stopped at airport entering. Not listed omn our database for obivious reasons - just wondering if Apple had database of serial numbers of stolen products. Dont realy want to have to hand it back but will have to if I cant prove its stolen

Dec 9, 2012 12:46 PM in response to DGTomby Courcoul,Oh a good guy for a change.
Unfortunately, Apple and all the consumer electronics makers I know are more interested in selling than providing additional support such as this.
So any help will have to come thru other channels. Unless the perp is tied to some other ongoing case, much to your chargrin they will walk with an infuriating grin on their face. Any kiddy p-o-r-n inside so you can nail them for it?
