Have you tried this...
Boot Mini, turn off Monitor, turn on monitor?

I tried to turn on/off monitor but no luck. Seem like it doesnt work with my monitor only. Work well with other hDMI tv.
By the way, I also have blown out color via HDMI-HDMI and MD port- HDMI. Seem like a really bad purchase from me.
Thinking of returning the Mini, get the money and wait until the problem is fixed.

I note that Samsung Monitors have more problems than most on Macs, a screen shot may look perfect viewed on another Mac.
I'd return it & wait for a Mini with a real Graphic Card myself, or get a 2011 Refurb that does.

Thanks for the reply.
I dont need a dedicated graphic card cause I dont play game much. Honestly the mini is far beyond my need (web surfing, HD movies, some photoshop and video editing, light gaming) I also dont want to take refurbished Mini cause it is quite putdate for me. I may as well wait untill the problem is fixed and buy a new one. Not so sure about apple purchase after this one..

Yes, if fixed it'd be OK for what you do.
