Iphone 4 (can't restore)

Hello Developers,

 

I have a big problem. I have bought an Iphone 4G from a girlfirend of mine. She said that the Iphone has to be send to the AppleService, because she could not turn it on. I tried to restore it via iTunes but with no success. At the middle (the end) it comes a notify (An unkown issue occurd. Iphone could not....

ERROR -1.

 

"Latest iTunes.

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\host  - checked---

Tried several times, also on other pc's

Win7

USB-Cable works...

"Brand" T-Mobile (Austria)

 

So i came to the mind to make a cfw without Basebandupdate....;

It worked but with no service; bluetooth and wifi are greyed. .Please help...

I also opened it,  put all out cables out and checked if there where broken cables..

 

After that i tried it again. still does not work.

    try restoring it 3times in a row.., if after the 3rd it does not work. contact apple for service options.

    i would try restoring in recovery mode - google that if you need help with it - if that doesn't work error -1 could be a problem with itunes program in which you would need to reinstall (different steps on a windows than mac) and it could also be a firewall stopping you from restoring (temporarily turn that off.)

    something in the log here means it needs to be serviced due to a hardware failiure.

    Sorry man, nothing you can do on your own here unfortunatly, also you do not need the invoice, if you call applecare you can get te serial/imei number on the sim card tray so they can find it in the system. they will be able to verify coverage to see if still covered under waranty also. do be aware that if any water or physical damasge is present on the device it will not be covered.
