This is possible. Use Paragon Camptune X, but make a backup of your data before using that program

While this applies to different question in Windows 8 Forum scenario (my Mac Pro with Bootcamp on its own disk), see ** items.
Image Backup/Restore is available in all Windows OSs, though you find Image backup elsewhere in Windows 7 Start Menu. If Paragon saves time in Bootcamp space reassign then go for it.
Sometimes a picture helps, hope that it is not too large for forum and clickable for size-detail. The sequence of the pictures is
I don't want to delete D:Windows 7 (where a lot of data is) until I'm fully confident in Windows 8, but was able to shrink it by 6GB. Note: Before shrink, do an Analyze,Defrag. After deleting F:, I extended C:Windows 8 size by its space. and made the 6GB into F:WorkingVolume.
**If nothing works for you, as can be done in above example, there is possibility of making "Image backup" to external disk drive with Windows 8 Control Panel's "Windows 7 File Recovery". Backup is always good to have in any case.
**That backup can be "Image restored" (Booting into your Windows 7/8 Repair or - original Windows install DVD with External backup mounted ) to a space that is equal to or larger than the space it occupied on your drive. The restore is a bootable Windows OS exactly as it was when you backed it up.
