been on the dvd plan for a long time... just rec'd and setup my new Apple TV; logged in to my account vai the Apple TV and now i'm getting "Accessing Netflix" on my tv screen but nothing happening
went to Netflix support to activate a device... the instructions say i need both the device and my computer connected to the internet to activate... and there's a entry field to "enter code..." and an "activate button"
thus my question re: getting the activation code...

Have you tired restarting your Apple TV?

got it working... not an easy process but by trial an error i got it up and playing... don't know if i can repeat the process to help someone else

I had the same problem. Could not find an answer anywhere. In the end I just clicked enter leaving the numbers blank and it took me to the log in screen and I entered my account details.
