I don't think you can - I certainly don't know of a way of doing it. However it doesn't matter - as long as the feed is at the same URL all you need to do is update it as required: the Apple ID doesn't come into it. Once a podcast is up and running access to the feed is considered sufficient identification. However the contact address, should there be an issue they need to contact you over, may be tied to the ID so that could be an issue.
You can put a contact name and address in an 'itunes:owner' tag - this will not show in iTunes (though of course anyone who knows what they are doing can read the feed). Please see here:
You could try emailing them at podcasts 'at' apple.com and asking whether it's possible to change account, though I can't promise you'll get a coherent answer.
