Dec 12, 2012 3:27 AM in response to Kuldeepby wjosten,Sorry, there has never been a FaceTime app for any iPhone, thus there is no icon. FaceTime, on an iPhone, is accessed through the contacts app. Always been this way.

Dec 13, 2012 5:15 AM in response to Kuldeepby Kuldeep ,Thanks for your input guys. I would like to know how many here are using iPhone 5 on iOS 6.0.1? Maybe it has facetime app icon. I'm quite sure it was there as I didn't just see it once or twice. I was using it for weeks now so its definitely not my imagination. Please can some iPhone 5 user on iOS 6.0.1 confirm that there's no facetime icon shortcut. Only then can I truly believe it as I suspect iPhone 5 may have it different as it has an extra row of icons. I really appreciate all the help you guys are giving.

"Note: There is no FaceTime app on iPhone. Use the Phone app instead."

Dec 13, 2012 12:51 PM in response to wjostenby dipbaja,Wjosten
Upon reading the previous posts, got a bit confused.
I got an iPhone 4s, and been trying to find the icon for face time, since under Settings, I have Face Time Applicaition and under that application at the bottom I have an option ´Use Cellular Data´ on/off
and says ´Turn Cellular Data off to restrict FaceTime to Wi-Fi Only.
What is confusing is this piece of information within my phone settings, since you and other posts mentioned there´s no facetime for iPhone.
Am I missing something? Your input would be welcomedCheers.

Dec 13, 2012 12:55 PM in response to dipbajaby paulcb,FT IS on the iPhone, it's just not accessed via an 'app' like it is on the iPad and Touch. On the iPhone, it's accessed via Contacts. See the link in my earalier post on how to use FT.

Jan 17, 2013 12:09 PM in response to wjostenby Scotch27,Thanks Wjosten! Your response solved the supposed mystery. I think a bunch of us believed we should see the same Facetime app on our iPhone 5's as our iPads. Your response cleared things up!
