Q: my iphoneversion is 5.1.1(9B206), model MC137LL. i am not having an option' cellular' in settings, so i am unable to activate my sim. Internet conectivity is on. How can i make and receive a call?

I am unable to get connected to cellular network after inserting sim . I can't find the option CELLULAR in my phone. How can I make calls?

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1.1, 32 GB
