My MacBook is a 13-inch, Aluminium, Late 2008.  And shows that it has 2 memory slots each of which accepts a 1067 MHZ memory module.  Is it okay to replace these with PC3-8500 DDR3 1066 MHz Type RAM?

About this Mac shows that "each slot accept a 1067 MHz DDR3 memory module." The link to "Memory Upgrade Instructions" at the bottom of the window takes you to an Apple Support page "MacBook: How to remove or install memeory" that gives the following specifications:

Memory card specifications- Double Data Rate Small Outline Dual Inline Memory Module (DDR SO-DIMM) format
- 30mm
- 1 GB or 2 GB
- 204-pin
- PC3-8500 DDR3 1066 MHz Type RAM

1066 MHz or 1067 MHz are compatible or a neglible difference with in an acceptable margin of error?

Does someone have an answer for this?

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.6.8)
