Well, first we need all of the problem details. What type of error are you seeing if you try to make a purchase? Do you have an Apple ID account?

Okay, i could buy everything i want one week ago and one day it stood you need to contact the apple community! But they i havent answer

As you were told in the other post, you weren't told to contact the community, just Apple. Here is the link to iTunes support http://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html. They will have to help you. We are just users here, like you, and cannot fix this for you. Obviously something with the Apple ID account or iTunes needs attention.
