i seem to be having an issue with doing something like entering a TIME for a FLIGHT into iCal.

if for instance i book a flight from the west coast to the east coast - and i book it while i am on the west coast - is there a way to get this data into my MACBOOKPRO or my MACPRO so that when in look at it on my iPHONE it shows the correct time?

i mean, isn't there some way to do this so that i /just/ enter the time that the flight leaves the west coast and /just/ enter the time it leaves the east coast? i just had a flight and while my phone updated the actual time i somehow managed to enter the flight in the other time zone wrong so that i was almost late for my flight (since it showed up in iCal on my phone at a "time zone adjusted" time and not the ACTUAL time of the flight which is what i entered).

anyway, does any of this have to do with date and time settings such as:

Time Zone: Set Time Zone Automatically Using Current Location

Date and Time: Set Date and Time Automatically (e.g. Apple Americas)date.pngtime.png

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.1), with 64 bit Win7 Parallels
