Bought Pages 09 in Dec 2011, back when Apple split iWork into the 3 applications for seperate individual purchase. My issue is I cannot get Pages to update from 4.1 to 4.3 for iCloud use on the iMac, but it's running at version 4.3 on my MBP with iCloud functionality.

From reading the community suggestions I since found Pages standing alone in applications on both MBP & the iMac & not in a iWork '09 Folder. Have not had iWork at all on iMac so never moved the application. I have only ever had the stand alone Pages that I purchaed & downloaded from the App store.

So, Created iWork '09 folder on iMac & moved Pages into it, still no update available. Plus to boot there is no history of a Pages purchase in the App Store, which I was certain was done there, but have transaction receipt in my iTunes history. Perhaps it was on the cusp when the App store was within iTunes, then the App store became it's own appliacation away from iTunes.

All I want for Xmas is to use iCloud functionality in Pages on my iMac. Any suggestions appreciated.

    Vincarts,

Once you purchase the app via the Mac App Store, you can download it as many times as necessary, so you could try deleting your current Pages file and re-downloading it. That should get you the latest version.

The only reason I can think of for your prior purchases not being listed is that you have not logged into the App Store with the same credentials that you used when you purchased the app. It's not unusual to have multiple Apple IDs and to mix them up.
