I'm using multiple Mac's and PC's of different OS's to try and use the internet to log in to my FTP server at work and I keep getting this read out problem

Error 324 (net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE): The server closed the connection without sending any data.

I have done a google chrome dump to find the error but I'm not good at reading it out and I also don't know if I it has anything to do with the issue.  Again this is for all browsers not just Chrome, can any one point me in the right direction?

PowerMac, Mac OS X (10.4.8), Error, 324, sever, closed connectio

You'll need to explain your environemment better.

    - Your FTP Server is running on OS X Server 10.4 (I hope so, because thats the forum you posted in)

    - Are you using the stock FTP server managed via Server Admin

    - Did it ever work?

    - What has changed?

    - Does FTP work on your LAN?

We need background and much more detail.
