Not sure what you are asking, but here is something to try. Tap Settings App > General > Accessibility > Triple-click Home. This is present at bottom of the page, you can turn it OFF or set it how you like.

That's what I tried to do, and now my phone won't leave that menu. It keeps popping up and the top of the screen to triple click home, but when I do, nothing happens. It's stuck in the settings menu, and my power button is broken so I cannot do a manual reset. Thank you though.

I duplicated your issue on my device with two results. One froze me on the Triple-click Home Settings and that was with AssistiveTouch on as well. The other result allowed me to navigate through the Settings App and make changes with and without AssistiveTouch on and I found that both hade different fixes. At one point I had to reset my iPhone to get out.
If you have the first example and you cannot reset the device do to lack of a Sleep/Wake button try to use iTunes to restore the device from a backup.
If you have the second example go back to the Guided Assistance settings and set a Passcode. I don't know why but that allowed me to exit.
Hope that helps
