Q: unlock my iphone

my 4s is locked , the version is 6.0.1 my modem firmware is 3.0.04 how can i unlock it??

    Only the carrier your phone is locked to can authorize your phone's official unlocking. There is no other way to get your phone officially unlocked. No one here can help you, nor can/will Apple. So, contact the carrier your phone is locked to to see if they offer official unlocking. Note: most carriers that offer unlocking will only do so for current/former customers. Thus, if you are not a customer of the carrier your phone is locked to, you may not be able to get your phone officially unlocked.
