I have one of the affected drives. Have you tried this procedure from Crucial?

From what i understand this procedure from Crucial is when the SSD isn't recognize anymore by the OS. It seems it arrives with the firmware 010G. I am still in 000F, and my drive is working very well.
The only problem is when wake up from deep sleep and i have this screen showing up that the memory data is copying back from hard drive to physical memory. I just have to wait 5 seconds and my computer works as normal.
It seems my computer is going to safe sleep when sleeping with AC power.

Apr 1, 2013 11:23 AM in response to mik70by n748,This is not a issue of your SSD. Apple introduced this "feature" to comply with EU regulations. Take a look at the discussion here. There are a couple of posts (like this) explaining the procedure to avoid this behavior:
Go to Terminal and enter: sudo pmset -a autopoweroff 0
To undo type: sudo pmset -a autopoweroff 1
