Apple Community,

I have an iPhone 4s that I purchased 4 months ago via a contract with Phones4U and it is locked to Orange. I now work in Azerbaijan for 5 weeks at a time on a 5/ 3 rotation.

During my first rotation I racked up a phone bill of nearly £600 (for the month). I asked Orange for the unlock code so I could insert an Azerian sim but they refused saying because I didn't buy directly from them they cannot provide me with the code. I contacted Phones4U and they told me they never provide unlock codes as it invalidates the warrantee. So I am stuck with £1.50/ min calls and £0.50 per text, not to mention the £8 per MB of data!

Do I have any options available to me?

Thanks in advance.

iPhone 4, Windows 7
