Q: CAN SOMEONE HELP:: "this apple id has not yet been used with the itunes store"

That means that you have not configured your Apple ID to download and purchase content at the iTunes Store and App Store.

If you login, you'll be able to configure your account to purchase and download at the iTunes Store

- Go to Settings>Store and sign out and sign back in.

- Have you tried reviewing the account on your computer?

Tech support apologized on email that this issue was not his expertise after several tries.

This happen when you buy a apple computer who are the most expensive computers on the marked and have the worst customer support 6 apple at my office tomorrow will move to windows. ask me to loging to install my own os my own computer but I need their autorization to install my computer I will donate all my office computers to salvation army.thanks for nothing.

I've had this issue before with an iPad 1.  After agreeing to the Terms & Conditions things would just hang and never proceed.  Here's what I did which fixed it for me:

1 - Login to iTunes via a desktop version of the iTunes app.

2 - It should give you the same "this apple id hasn't been used" message.  Click through to accept the T&C's.

3 - You'll then get to the billing info where you can skip the CC info but are required to give an address.

4 - Once that submits you're good to go.  Now go try using the iPad/iPod and it should let you through.

Via the device itself there is some redirect or something there that didn't seem to work.  But via the desktop app it did.

If you created/started creating an account the normal way a payment method is required.

However, you can create a NEW account using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before.
