I have noticed a battery drain issue resurface since updating to 6.0.2. But has anyone noticed that their wi-fi range has diminished? I first noticed it on my home network. I switched my Motorola gateway from the 2.4GHz spectrum to the 5.0GHz spectrum and there was no improvement. I then ventured out to try some other networks (eg Starbuck's and McDonald's and the airport and the Apple Store) and my Wi-Fi range has seriously been reduced. It's like the iPhone 5's antennae just won't receive a signal unless I'm within 10 feet of the router. Anyone else notice the issue?

I'm having the same problem here... My wi-fi  only works if I'm right next the router and my battery life is awesome... 3 hours!

After I upgraded my iPhone 5 to 6.0.2 and now to 6.1 I have serious issues with the wifi. Now if I move more than 3 meters away from the wifi access point the wifi drops. When the iPhone was running 6.0 it was fine! I have other iPads and iPhones all on 6.0 which don't have the issue.

Battery drain is still ok, it's just the wifi that is bonkers.
