Dec 26, 2012 9:44 AM in response to Hankinson.itby TK427,iBackupBot will not let me save the changes that I make. I have tried a number of times. when I save, the save icon turns into a grey box and doesn't turn back into a floppy disc. I close the window, open it back up to see that the changes were saved and the code that i entered doesn't appear. Does it take some time for the changes to save?

Jan 6, 2013 5:41 PM in response to brilynn0531by Ummm Wanya,I'm having the Same issue. I read in a different thread, not apple based, that it is necessary for you to restore your iPod in iTunes , then restore it in the ibackup bot application. I haven't tried this myself yet... I do not have access to a computer at this time, but I am hopeful that it solves your problem. Please follow up with me on the issue.

That's a good question. If this process falls under an "unauthorized modification," then the answer is yes. I would call Apple Support, describe the process you wish to attempt, and ask them if it would void your warranty.
