Best Buy is where you got the bad information and where
you should go to complain. If you are talking about missing
the one year period to buy AppleCare, the time limit is
reported as being inflexible but Best Buy may be able to
help since it was their error. There have been no reports
that I recall of Apple extending the time limits due to storm
or other acts of nature.
no you cant extend or renew
Apple only give 2 years warranty my Ipad stopped working after we had it 2years & 1 month
we now have to pay £85 but we will be given a refurbished one with only 3 months warranty
after that if anything goes wrong it will cost £200
the guy in the store says batties on avaerage only last 2 years ?
I think with Apple they dont care a dam once you have got one of there products
because they already have your money
we have now purchased a Nexus it has a 3 year warranty 32 GB not 16GB most parts can be fixed
so you keep the original item & not replaced with a refurb one
it only cost us £199 yes £199 not £359 like the IPad & you dont have to buy your songs of Itunes
