I have a Ipod 3rd gen n an Ipad 4th gen N i can not sync anything on to them! no photos, movies nothing! I have unistalled n reinstalled itunes! what can I do?

Are you following these instructions? Have yoy synced from that computer/iTunes library before?
You can only sync with one iTunes library.
it use to work n just the last few times, I can`t load pictures on my ipod! yesterday I got an Ipad n I can`t load anything on to it!
Does the iPod appear under devices in iTunes?
If you have iTunes 11 turn on the Sidebar. Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. You can also do a Crtl+S to show the sidebar.
yes they both are recgonized on itunes
What happens when yo try to sync? Error message? Which method of syncing are you using?

it just freezes my computer then cancels the sync!
