Hello all,

I've seen a lot of discussions here on this topic but none of the proposed solutions seem to work for me.

Basically, I had both Mainstage and Garage Band content working fine                                                                                                                   on my Macbook Air. However, when I transferred my accounts and content to a new Mac Mini, I started getting all sorts of errors about missing instrument files. I tried reinstalling some or all of the packages but the errors still continue It almost seems like Apple does not completely reinstall the content if it finds some or all of the files already there.

Does this mean that the only way for me is to wipe out both Garage Band, Mainstage, all Logic-related content and start everything fro scratch? I don't even mind doing that as long as I know that this will yield positive results (it's a lot of data to download).

Any fixes anyone is aware of?

Thanks and happy           holidays!
