Q: ipad could not be synced because sync session failed to start

Please can someone tell me why this keeps happening. Get this message when ipad is directly connected.

 

ipad could not be synced because sync session failed to start

 

or

 

iTunes could not sync information to the iPad because a connection could not be established to the iPad

    Try a couple of things.

     

    Quit iTunes and restart your computer. Reboot the iPad as well. When you try again - use a different USB post on your computer.

     

     

    Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

     

     

     

    Repeat the process of quitting iTunes and restarting your computer a couple of times if it doesn't work the first time.
