Dec 26, 2012 11:24 PM in response to itsiffiby clintonfrombirmingham,If you have a dated receipt from your previous repair, you could try to gain the ear of a sympathetic manager at your local Apple Store. Show them your papers that let them know that the machine was taken in for problems before the expiry date of the program.
They may replace the logic board for you - but it will be at their discretion: if you get a 'no', I would just take the matter up the food chain.

Dec 26, 2012 11:44 PM in response to clintonfrombirminghamby itsiffi,Yes, i have already heard a BIIGGGG NO when i took it first to the tech, sad . and im still trying to convince by showing this page to him. But sadly, he seems unconvinced . im still waiting his response. Why Apple has thrown its users on the techs' discretion?

Good luck,
