Apple will replace the iPhone. Tap Settings App > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. See if fixed. If still problem, Restore the iPhone with current iTunes on computer. See if fixed. If still problem, make Genius reservation or set up Service and take or send to Apple for resolution under Warranty. If they cannot get it working, they will resolve it, with a perfect replacement iPhone 4 exactly like yours.

Thanks Ive tried all these things, ive booked in at the genius centre for this afternoon, fingers crossed we get it sorted.
