hello. I have a problem with my ipod touch. When I play music with any bluetooth device and sound cuts the music skips like a jumping CD. What I can do?  thank you very much

    If not interference:

AirPort and Bluetooth: Potential sources of wireless interference

    Try

    - Reset the iPod. Nothing will be lost

Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

    - Reset networks settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings

You will have to rejoin all networks and repair the BT devices

    - Reset all settings

Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

    - Restore from backup

    - Restore to factory settings/new iPod.

I found your post because I recently experienced the same problem. I had been enjoying great freedom via bluetooth with my iPod 4G and ProHT headphones as well as a (very strong) Motorola  HK202 headset. Working in the kitchen was not a problem UNTIL I started using the convention / microwave oven. I experienced the problem you related and it even continued for a very short while after I finished using and unplugged said oven.

I have tried two iPod 4G, two different ProHT headsets and the forementioned HK202 with all combinations and received the same results. I moved a PC with after-factory bluetooth into the affected area. The Broadband radio is quite robust but quality/fidelity suffered.

My conclusion is there are some pre-bluetooth era appliances that were generally RFI-approved, at one time -- or even spread-spectrum approved -- but now are wreaking havoc on your bluetooth communications in that area of operation. Do let's remember bluetooth's limitations; some applicaions are good, some are great and some suck.

Correction: The Broadcom radio is quite robust...
