"Cannot connect to iTunes store" (iPhone 5)

I have an iPhone 5, and I'm having trouble signing in to get apps, music, movies etc..

I've made an Apple ID and it has been successful, but when I log in it says "Cannot connect to iTunes store" (Wi-fi and data works)

I've tried almost everything, I've contacted the apple support team via phone multiple times and nothing has worked.

My wi-fi and data work perfectly but I'm just having trouble logging in on my iPhone. Please help!!! xx
