When I try to reset my password, I get a message that states:
"Account Reset Locked. Sorry, but we were unable to verify your account information with the answers you provided.You have made too many attempts to answer these questions, so for security reasons, you will not be able to reset your password for the next eight hours."
Is there anything I can do for immediate itunes account access besides create a new one.
