Q: i have an iPhone 4s that i am giving to mysomoenved th, i resim card and put it in an android phone but all text messages i am receiving from iPhones are going to  my 4s . what should i do to transfer it to android?

He needs to get his own Apple ID. The 4S is getting your imessages because the phone is still logged in to your Apple ID. It has nothing to do with the SIM.

iMessages cannot be received on an Android phone. You SMS messages should arrive fine as those are managed by your cel carrier and not the iOS.

On the iPhone, go to Settings > Messages > Send as SMS and make sure it's on.

Use SMS. You send it to the Android phone number. In the message App in the TO field type the phone number.

Also in SETTINGS>>>MESSAGES>>SEND&RECEIVE make sure your Apple ID is not selected and that the phone selected is NOT your phone number, which you have transfered to your Android (as you said you took the SIM out of the iPhone and put it in your Android).

PS. The iPhone MUST have an active SIM/cel phone service in order to send SMSes
