March 2013 works fine for me on my iPad.
You can back up your iPad and restore it as a new device and then restore from the backup, but there is no way to just reinstall the Calendar app.

There are a couple of other thread on the board about this. You might want to check those, but like iCrizzo, I don't have an issue with that month/year either.

I have now spoken with Apple, done a complete restore of my iPad, and the problem persists. It is now being passed to the iCloud engineers with a request to resolve it urgently. I am optimistic - about 80% - that it will be sorted out shortly.

I am also having a problem when trying to view march 2013. My calendar crashses everytime March tries to display. Please repond to this if you get a solution.

I did find the information under another post here https://discussions.apple.com/message/18331098#18331098.
It seems this issue is reposted multiple times but I'd originally navigated here via the first link off a Google search. Another user posted the following as a resolution:
The reason is the daylight saving time change the weekend before 1 April 2013. This problem affects ALL all-day events on Monday 1st of April.
We reported this bug to Apple, and hopefully they will fix the bug in the Calendar app soon.
Other apps like CalAlarm, miCal, Week Calendar do not suffer from this problem.
Please edit all-day events on 1 April 2013 in the week view. Either remove the event or change the all-day event into an appointment event, starting for example 12.00.
This would explain the problem but not offer a real soltution in my case. I have multiple shared calenders enabled, some of which I cannot modify. Regardless, using week or day view is a simple workaround, but still it's irritating.

The problem is not solved in iOS 6.01.
When will a bugfix be available?

I just spoke with Apple Care, they know all about it and expect an update very soon to resolve. Meanwhile I'm using Fantastical app to get around it.
