Found this comment in another thread it may helpThis solved my questionRe: Mac iTunes won't open; error 13010Deleting "iTunes Library Genius.itdb" solved the problem.
After software update prompt for itunes version 11.0.1 now have error 13010. Unfortunately time machine has already backup the non functioning itunes update. I can not connect to store, or open itunes when I insert a cd into my disc drive. I use OS 10.6.8. I have tried deleting genius itunes itb file -no luck. Would appreciate any help.
