Dec 29, 2012 8:03 PM in response to two_little_birdsby John Galt,Minors may not create their own Apple IDs. This is a consequence of US laws intended to protect the privacy of minor children - not even their names may be collected.
Create accounts for yourself on their behalf. If you wish, you may also create an "allowance" for them to use for iTunes and App Store purchases.

Dec 29, 2012 8:13 PM in response to smillysmileby Cscience1,Well you have to be 13 but i guess you can make a family one to share with both of them. And you can set an allowance just like what john galt said. And you can restrict a few stuff in restriction in settings in both ipods. Plus you can track them of what they buy. By signing the id which is the family one and you can see what they have been buying.
