As I said in the 'paste attributes' discussion you posted this same message in...
I have made a generic title that has controls you can use keyframes to animate with.
If you are still using Final Cut Pro X and Apple products, try downloading it (for free) from my blog
Thanks so much for your help. I will trying your generic title.
I think I didn't read your message on the other topic very good, maybe I was too tired.
But do you know or can you explain me why all the other titles the text effect keyframes not working?
Like I explaind in my message that the sliders are moving but nothing happend.
Thanks again !! Im gonna try your custom made title.
Most effects in Final Cut Pro are made using Apple Motion. Motion text effects are a little more advanced. Motion has a feature where you can make controls in Motion available in Final Cut. This is called 'Publishing' a parameter.
Just to let you know, these forums are for Apple users to help each other. Assume no Apple people read anything you see here. The only way to guarantee Apple read what you've got to say is by using the feedback form.
This keyframing problem has been around for a long time. There are many bugs yet to be fixed in Final Cut. Apple choose which to fix first based on reports from the feedback form. This means reports on other bugs and feature suggestions have been more numerous than people reporting problems with keyframing some text parameters.
But to be true... don't you think it's stupid that Apple released a pro video editing program with function that doesn't work standard? For example: Adobe AE, Premiere or Sony Vega movie Studio has no problems with keyframing.
Well lets hope that Apple will fix everything. Maybe you can sell your templates to Apple
