Apple TV not working

I can get YouTube and tv shows already purchased on my Apple TV but can't get on Netflix due to it saying 'your hdmi cable doesn't support HDCP' I've done all I can to unplug and try to reconnect but this issue keeps occurring, please could someone help!?

    You may need a new cable Lucy.  As ever try a reboot of the Apple TV (take out all the cables for 30 secs) and see if that helps.  If you have another HDMI cable try that too.
