Not necesssarily. Spammers do a lot of guessing at possible combinations in the hope that a few of them will be working addresses - of course most bounce, but as they usually forge the 'From' address some innocent person gets the bounces. I'm afraid spam is a fact of life and you are bound to get some. Never, ever, respond to it or try to unsubscribe from it - doing so simply confirms that the address works and will simply attract more spam.
